Application:

The machine is mainly to increase fabric surface thickness and erect hairiness by brushing the surface of raised fabrics. After processed, the surface will appear soft and even effect.

Feature :

2.Drum speed, fabric speed, fabric tension, speed of brushing roller can be adjusted variably in a large scope.

3.Driving belt of brushing roller is tensioned by pneumatic, which is constant and adjustable. 4.Automatic memorization of 100 sets of processing programmer.

5.Equipped by zero start, automatic fabric feeding, trouble alarm and diagnosis.

6.Equipped by pre scroll rollerscroll rollercentering device to control the inlet of fabric effectively .
